Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. See your current plan details:
    • Plan name and features
    • Billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
    • Next billing date
    • Current credit balance

Upgrading Your Plan

Ready for more credits or features?

  1. Go to Pricing or SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Upgrade on your desired plan
  3. Confirm payment details
  4. Your upgrade activates immediately

What happens when you upgrade:

  • You get access to new features right away
  • Your credit balance increases immediately (prorated for the current month)
  • Your billing amount adjusts on your next billing date

Downgrading Your Plan

Need to scale back?

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm the change

What happens when you downgrade:

  • The change takes effect at your next billing date
  • You keep your current plan benefits until then
  • Unused credits don't transfer (monthly credits reset)
  • Any top-up credits you've purchased remain available

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel:

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Tell us why (optional, helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What happens when you cancel:

  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Monthly credits are available until your plan ends
  • Top-up credits never expire and stay in your account
  • All your created visuals remain accessible
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan

Billing & Payments

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save changes

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Billing History
  3. Download any invoice as PDF

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We'll email you immediately
  2. You have 7 days to update your payment method
  3. Your service continues during this grace period
  4. After 7 days without payment, your account reverts to Free

Common Questions

Can I switch from monthly to yearly mid-subscription?

Yes! When you switch to yearly, you'll be credited for the unused portion of your current monthly billing period.

Do unused monthly credits roll over?

No, monthly credits reset at each billing cycle. However, top-up credits never expire.

What happens to my visuals if I cancel?

Everything you've created stays accessible. You can download your visuals anytime, even on the Free plan.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

We don't currently offer pause. You can cancel and resubscribe whenever you're ready—your account and top-up credits will still be there.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Contact support within 7 days of subscribing for a full refund. Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable.

Which plan should I choose?

  • Starter if you create content weekly and need professional outputs
  • Pro if you create content daily or manage multiple brands
  • Business if you need high volume, API access, or have a team
