Managing Your Visuals
You've created visuals. Now you need to find them, download them, and put them to work. This guide covers everything about managing your visual content.
Finding Your Visuals
All your visuals live in the My Visuals section of your dashboard. You'll see them listed with:
- Title — The name you gave the project (or auto-generated from your input)
- Date — When you created it
- Status — Completed, processing, or failed
- Output count — How many visuals were created
Click any project to see all the visuals inside it.
Status Types
Processing
Your visuals are being created. You'll see a progress indicator showing how many are complete. The page updates automatically—no need to refresh.
Depending on how many formats you selected and current demand, processing typically takes 1-5 minutes.
Completed
All visuals are ready. You can preview, edit, and download everything.
Failed
Something went wrong. You'll see an error message explaining what happened. Common causes:
- Content couldn't be processed — The input file might be corrupted or in an unsupported format
- Service temporarily unavailable — Try again in a few minutes
- Content policy — The input contained content that couldn't be processed
If creation fails, your credits are not charged. You can try again with different input or contact support if the problem persists.
Viewing Your Visuals
Click on a completed project to see all the outputs. You can:
Switch views:
- Grid view — See thumbnails of all visuals at once
- List view — Compact list with details
Filter by format: Click the format tabs to filter by type (social, presentation, infographic, etc.)
Preview full size: Click any visual to open the full-size preview. Use arrow keys or swipe to navigate between visuals.
Downloading
Single Visual
Click on a visual to preview it, then click Download. The file downloads in PNG format at full resolution.
Download All
Click Download All at the top of the project page. You'll get a ZIP file containing every visual in that project, organized by format.
The ZIP structure looks like:
project-name/
├── instagram_post.png
├── linkedin_post.png
├── twitter_post.png
├── presentation_slide_01.png
├── presentation_slide_02.png
└── ...
File Naming
Downloaded files are named by format:
instagram_post.pnglinkedin_carousel_01.pngemail_header.png
For multi-slide formats (carousels, presentations), files are numbered sequentially.
Editing After Download
Already downloaded and want to make changes? No problem—your visuals are saved. Go back to the project, click the visual you want to edit, make your changes, and download again.
Edits don't affect your original. Each edit is saved in the history, and you can revert to any previous version.
Deleting Visuals
Click the delete icon (trash can) on any project to remove it. This deletes:
- The project record
- All output visuals
- All edit history
This cannot be undone. Downloaded files on your computer are not affected.
Why delete?
- Clean up old or unused projects
- Remove test visuals
- Keep your dashboard organized
Organization Tips
Naming Conventions
Give your projects meaningful names when you create them. Instead of "Untitled," try:
- "Q4 Report - Social Package"
- "Product Launch - Full Suite"
- "Weekly Newsletter - Nov 15"
- "Client: Acme Corp - Brand Refresh"
This makes finding things later much easier.
Project-Based Workflow
If you're working on a campaign or project, create all related visuals together. One project per campaign keeps things organized.
Example project structure:
| Project | Contents |
|---|---|
| "Q4 Campaign - Announcement" | Launch graphics for all platforms |
| "Q4 Campaign - Features" | Feature highlight visuals |
| "Q4 Campaign - Social Proof" | Testimonial and stat graphics |
| "Q4 Campaign - Ads" | Paid media creatives |
Regular Cleanup
Periodically review your projects and delete ones you no longer need. This keeps your dashboard clean and makes it easier to find current work.
Using Your Visuals
Once downloaded, your visuals are ready to use anywhere:
Social Media
Upload directly to Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, or any platform. The dimensions are already optimized.
Email Platforms
Import into Mailchimp, HubSpot, ConvertKit, or any email tool. Email graphics are sized at 600px width for compatibility.
Presentations
Drop into PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote. Presentation slides are 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen standard).
Documents
Insert into Word, Google Docs, or any document. Use the web or document formats for best results.
Website/CMS
Upload to WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or any CMS. Use web formats and consider file size for page load times.
Design Tools
Bring into Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools for further customization if needed.
Storage and History
How Long Are Visuals Saved?
Your visuals are stored as long as your account is active. There's no automatic deletion.
Edit History
Every edit you make to a visual is saved. You can view the edit history and revert to any previous version at any time.
Source Files
Your original input (uploaded document, pasted text, or URL reference) is associated with the project but not stored long-term. If you need to reference the original, keep your own copy.
Troubleshooting
"Project not found"
The project may have been deleted, or there might be a temporary issue. Try refreshing. If it persists, the project was likely deleted.
Slow loading
Large projects with many visuals may take a moment to load all thumbnails. Give it a few seconds, especially on slower connections.
Download not starting
Check your browser's download settings. Some browsers block downloads from unfamiliar sites. You may need to allow the download.
Missing visuals
If a project shows fewer visuals than expected, check if the status is still "processing." If it's completed but visuals are missing, there may have been an issue with specific formats—try creating just those formats again.
