Instagram story and Reels size (2026)
Use 1080 × 1920 pixels (9:16) for both Stories and Reels. Reels need at least 720 px of resolution, and a Reel cover is 420 × 654 px. Keep text and logos in the middle of the frame: Instagram places your name at the top and reply, share and caption controls along the bottom.
